Fats: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

You cannot cut down on your fat intake completely. Since adults need at least 20 to 30% fats in their daily diet, replacement isn’t the solution. There are certain healthy fats like polyunsaturated fats which can lower cholesterol levels, and include the omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, and monounsaturated fats.
